Maple Syrup Beginners Workshop

Have you ever thought about producing your own maple syrup or are you a new maple syrup producer interested in updating your operation? This workshop will provide an overview of the essential skills and knowledge needed to successfully collect sap, produce sellable Grade A maple syrup, and produce value added products. The workshop will include a combination of hands-on activities, classroom learning, and a live demonstration. This workshop is being presented by Aaron Wightman, Maple Specialist and Co-director of the Cornell Maple Program.
