Come see how Buckwheat harvest is done at Stryker's farm Oct 8th 2024. This event will be from 5:30-7:00pm at Stryker's buckwheat field 1906 County Rd 28 Canandaigua, NY 14424. The rain location will be at Stryker's shop located 4450 Emerson Rd Canandaigua, NY 14424.

Our list of speakers includes Thomas Bjorkman and Caroline Boutard Hunt from Cornell to discuss research and harvesting methods, and Kyle Gifford from Birkett Mills to discuss marketing.

Location is 1906 Co Rd 28, Canandaigua, NY 14424. Parking will be past the soybean field and near the buckwheat field. picture below for reference.
