4-H Camp Bristol Hills is proud to be a part of the Cooperative Extension system through the New York State Land Grant Colleges at Cornell University. The Camp is located in the Bristol Hills region of the Finger Lakes, just 30 miles south of Rochester. The property boasts over 120 acres of beautiful land including fields and meadows for playing, a pond for fishing, a gorge for hiking, and much more. On the property, you will find over 20 cabins to accommodate overnight stays for up to 225 people, a dining hall with full kitchen amenities, a 104,000- gallon swimming pool, an infirmary, bathhouses with flush toilets, high- and low- ropes courses, recreational fields, and a basketball court. These facilities are all available on a rental basis. Rent the whole property for big groups, or rent just what you need for a smaller group. We’ve got what you’re looking for.

Rental InformationFull facility rental is $1800/day, and includes all sleeping cabins, program spaces and restrooms. Full Facility rental does NOT include the Swimming Pool, Camp Store, equipment storage cabins or maintenance areas. The schedule below provides information regarding rental of individual facilities at camp. Minimum facility rental fee is $300.00. See a MAP of the camp and facilities, or contact the office to set up a site visit. Rates valid as of January 1, 2024. Facilities are rented on a midnight-midnight basis, so a one-night, two-day stay is billed as two days.

The arts and crafts headquarters. Features large paint-able tables, as well as a stove/oven for ceramics, and a sink for rinsing paint brushes or mixing temperas. Rental groups are responsible for providing their own art supplies, as needed. |
Large 104,000 gallon outdoor swimming pool and changing rooms with showers. Pool is sanitized with bromine, rather than chlorine, because it is gentler on swimmers. Insurance
Rental groups must provide a minimum limit of $500,000 Single Limit per occurrence including Contractual Liability, Products and Completed Operations, Personal Injury and Board Form Comprehensive General Liability, naming Camp Bristol Hills as additional insured with respect to use of the facility. For most formalized groups, this is not a problem at all. If you are interested in renting camp for a family reunion, wedding, or other peronsal event, your home owners insurance carrier may be able to provide the necessary coverage for a small fee. It is the responsibility of the renter to acquire such insurance at least 60 days prior to renting camp.
Wedding Rentals
Recently, we've received several inquiries about hosting weddings at camp. While we are certainly open to the idea of weddings at camp, it should be noted that our facility is a dry campus, and no alcohol is permitted on site, for any reason. If you are interested in a beautiful natural location for your dry wedding, please contact us, and we'd be happy to discuss options for your special day.
