The 4-H Youth Development Resource Educator is an Association team member who works to develop and deliver timely, relevant, and innovative programs for youth utilizing the application of research-based knowledge and leadership techniques. The educator develops leadership skills and engagement in parents and volunteers for leveraging the impact of the program with youth, families, and communities. The primary accountabilities include planning, organizing, leading, and evaluating the Association’s 4-H Youth Development Program, primarily for Ontario County stakeholders, including but not limited to community clubs and the 4-H after-school program.
The 4-H Youth Development Resource Educator embraces the Staff Skills for Success demonstrating health and safety, jobs skills, inclusiveness, adaptability, self-development, communication, teamwork, service-mindedness, stewardship, and innovation.
