Eat Smart NY

Cornell Cooperative Extension of Ontario County is a part a statewide program called Eat Smart New York that helps families with limited incomes to eat more fruits and vegetables, drink fewer sweetened beverages and practice healthy lifestyles.

Eat Smart New York Nutrition Education is free to all individuals who qualify for benefits through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).

Our ESNY program, funded by USDA SNAP Nutrition Education, is part of the Cornell Cooperative Extension system Eat Smart New York program which offers nutrition education through CCE county associations across New York State. Finger Lakes ESNY serves residents in Cayuga, Chemung, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, Tompkins, Wayne & Yates Counties.
