Ontario County is fortunate to be home to numerous local farms that produce a variety of unique foods. We want the public to know about and connect with our many farms, which is why Cornell Cooperative Extension publishes the Ontario County Local Food Guide each year. This year a new and updated Ontario County Local Food Guide is available!
The local food guide is a representation of the diversity of the producers providing you a farm fresh direct to you experience. This guide is not a complete listing of Ontario County's producers that sell locally, only those that wished to be listed. The guide will allow you to find local farms based on location and product. Be sure to start here for our guide to Ontario County farms!
If you are a farm located in Ontario County, or that sells product in Ontario County and would like to be listed in our local food guide please contact Nancy Anderson at firstname.lastname@example.org
Farmers' markets are a tradition as old as agriculture itself and Ontario County currently has eight community-based farmers' markets. Find a list of local markets here!
