What is E-Waste? It is the disposal of electronic products. Improper disposal affects human and environmental health because many of these products contain toxic substances.

Materials Accepted: Computers (laptops, desktops, tablets, and e-readers); TVs; microwaves; small scale servers; monitors, electronic keyboards, electronic mice or similar pointing devices, fax machines; document scanners, printers (less than 100 lbs.), small electronic equipment; VCRs, digital recorders, portable digital music players, DVD players (including projectors with DVD player capabilities intended for home-use), digital converter boxes, cable or satellite receivers (including digital media receivers), electronic or video game consoles. 

Materials NOT Accepted:Alkaline batteries; smoke detectors/carbon monoxide detectors, devices containing liquid mercury (thermostats, switches, medical devices, thermometers), household appliances, liquid/oil, air conditions, dehumidifiers, fluorescent lamps, tape media (DVD's, VHS, CDs, cassette tapes, floppy disks, SD cards,etc.).
