Ontario County 4-H and Cooperative Extension work closely with the Ontario County Fair Board to offer a positive and fun county fair experience for 4-H members in the county. The fair is held during the last full week of July at the fairgrounds on County Road 10 outside of Canandaigua.  The week gives all 4-H members an opportunity to showcase and exhibit their 4-H projects for the year. These include 4-H STEM projects in food and nutrition, clothing and fiber arts, animal shows, horse shows and knowledge contests
