If you are a service provider, working with youth, you have the opportunity to nominate a young person that you work with, for a free week of camp at 4-H Camp Bristol Hills. To do so, you will need to create a username on our Camper Registration platform, and then complete a nomination form for each child, up to EIGHT nominations. You will use the links below to complete your nominations. If you are nominating multiple children, you will need to use a separate link for each child. Submitting multiple nominations through the same link will overwrite the previous submission.
